I have been practicing massage and teaching yoga for the past 18 years, and practicing Craniosacral therapy for 12. Since 2017 I have been teaching with ComeBack Yoga, a non profit organization that offers yoga for veterans at VA and VFW locations throughout the metro area. This has been an incredibly welcoming community, and I am excited to expand into the rewarding terrain of trauma informed yoga. I have also written numerous courses and online education material for ABMP, a company that offers extensive continuing education for massage therapists/bodyworkers. Every day I feel blessed to have a job that offers me a meaningful connection to people, a chance to practice presence, and the opportunity to continue a lifelong study of the body in motion and in health. Growing up in Malibu CA, the ocean was my first love, but I have been soundly converted to the mountain lifestyle since moving to Colorado in 2008. Balancing the growth of my business with practicing yoga, rock climbing, growing food, snowboarding, dog romping, and general outdoor adventuring with my wonderful husband and pup makes me feel lucky to be alive in this beautiful state. In 2020 we welcomed our son Hank into the world. This bright soul has opened up a whole new realm of love and delight. This wild child has been my greatest teacher of bhakti- the yoga of love and devotion.

My massage style is largely influenced by my training in Somatic Muscle Release Technique. This myofascial modality moves the body into the direction of its existing pattern to elicit an unwinding response in the tissue and balance the nervous system. It is so relaxing! These moves work wonderfully in between Swedish or Deep tissue flow strokes to offer a lovely mix of relaxation, pain relief, and injury prevention! I also use some Lymph drainage and Cranio-Sacral techniques. I am so excited to be a part of Heartfire Therapeutics and I look forward to connecting!

After a profound personal experience with bodywork, I decided to study massage therapy at the Tennessee School of Massage in 2020. After graduating the 700 hour program, I went on to work in spas and wellness collectives where I immensely enjoyed helping people unwind and reconnect with their bodies. As a massage therapist, I am very interested in the mind-body connection and how massage can assist in relieving symptoms often associated with common mental health struggles such as anxiety and depression. I specialize in several modalities including classic Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, reflexology, and cupping. I am passionate about providing a customized, therapeutic treatment in order to help every client meet their personal wellness goals. The healing power of touch is an incredible experience that I can't wait to share with you!
