I have an array of handcrafted products I would love to share with you all. These are made with love and all organic ingredients, and are designed to enhance an attitude of self-care throughout the day. We could all stand to give ourselves a bit more loving attention. This can be as simple as keeping your lips hydrated, sharing a cup of tea with family, or doing a mini self-massage for hands and feet. I have very limited quantities as I like to keep things fresh, so get while the gettin's good. Heartfire Therapeutics Hand Salve: This salve softens hard working hands and frayed cuticles, and hugs your skin with a layer of long-lasting moisture anywhere else you may need it. Use sparingly on your face to avoid chapping from long days in the sun or harsh winter winds. Keep the jar in a cool dark location to maximize shelf life. Ingredients are organic: Beeswax, jojoba oil, shea and cocoa butters, rosemary antioxidant, essential oils (see options below). 2 oz tin is $20.
Essential oil blends for hand salves:
Triple tree salve: Cedar, Spruce, Douglas fir.
Deep breath salve: Eucalyptus, Peppermint, Rosemary (you may want to avoid using this one directly on your face if you have sensitive skin).
Lavender: yep, just straight up Lavender.
Citrus blend: Grapefruit, Lemon, Bergamot.
Plain and simple: No essential oils, though this one has a nice whiff of chocolate from the cocoa butter.
I use only high quality essential oils from Florihana. These are third party tested to ensure no synthetics are used in production, which are surprisingly common in most essential oil brands that are marketed as "pure" "natural" etc.
I do change up these blends from time to time, and am always happy to create custom blends for you.
