Services Offered
We offer Massage Therapy, Private Yoga Instruction, and Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy. I am also recently certified in Ashiatsu barefoot massage through Deep Feet Bar Therapy. In this creative modality, I use my feet to deliver deep, broad, comfortable pressure. Working with gravity and body weight, I am able to deliver much deeper pressure without the pointed pressure of elbows, thumbs, and knuckles. The result is a deeply detoxifying, spine elongating, myofascial releasing, profoundly relaxing session. Click on massage therapy below to read and watch more.
